Wiara Whiskey Infused Coffee begins with premium 100% Arabica Brazil Cerrado beans and 100% Irish whiskey. Before roasting, every batch is carefully infused using a family process that has been perfected over the years, allowing the flavours to become part of the bean rather than simply added afterwards.

What makes this coffee truly unique is that only my dad, Stanislav Turketti, prepares the whiskey infusion and mixes the Irish whiskey with the green Brazil Cerrado beans. He alone knows the exact ratios and our family’s closely guarded recipe, ensuring every batch delivers the same exceptional quality and flavour.

The result is a beautifully smooth coffee with rich notes of caramel, toasted oak, vanilla and dark chocolate, finished with the unmistakable warmth of fine Irish whiskey.

Recipe

• 18g Wiara Whiskey Infused Coffee
• Extract a double ristretto (approximately 36–40ml)
• Steam 50ml fresh pouring cream until silky and velvety (do not overheat)
• Pour the steamed cream gently over the ristretto

The result is an incredibly rich, smooth coffee with layers of Irish whiskey, caramel, toasted oak, vanilla and dark chocolate, finished with a luxurious creamy texture.
