Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Coffee Products

Coffee may be exchanged within 2 days of delivery, provided it is unopened and in its original packaging.

No returns or exchanges on ground coffee, as all coffee is ground according to customer selection at checkout.

Coffee products are not eligible for refunds due to the perishable nature of the product.


Equipment & Barista Gear

Equipment may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • With all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase


Used or damaged items are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty.


Exchanges (Including 3Bomber Equipment)

Certain items, including 3Bomber barista equipment, may be eligible for exchange, including approved sample or demo units, subject to inspection.

Exchanges are limited to items of equal or greater value (price difference payable if applicable).


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Faulty equipment will be assessed and handled in line with the manufacturer’s warranty.


Shipping & Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


General Terms

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Wiara Coffee reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.

This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.
